One of our most powerful methodologies is the Online Community. These highly flexible portals allow us to create bespoke and secure online communities made up of 10-100 very specific participants representing your target audience. Here we can communicate over a short (1 week) or long (12 months) term period in a relaxed but focused environment – always with a view to understanding the consumer. We use a variety of tasks to encourage open, honest and rich response – through blog posts to creative ’pinning’ to live shopping video diaries – and everything in between!
We also believe in the power of the traditional Focus Group. There’s something to be said for being able to look your respondents in the eye, to be able to assess the non-verbal cues as well as the spoken response. These tend to be made up of 8 respondents and take place in an environment most suitable for that group of people.
